    Latrobe Valley Aero Club (LVAC) is a great place to socialize in a relaxed and friendly environment. A large gathering can usually be found at the club on a Friday afternoon for drinks and on a Saturday morning concluding with a midday BBQ. The Club offers General Aviation flight training from ab-initio through to commercial including IFR training. In 2011 LVAC added Recreational (RAAust) flight training to its list of services.

    I've previously done a tour over Traralgon (2 years ago or so) and now I've booked a flight from Traralgon to Essendon for an evening flight leaving Melbourne Airport, just beats the traffic and poor train service!
