  Garbage service, gave me the run around told me my parcel was at one depot when it was at a depot the next town over and their opening times were 8:30-5:30 yet the place was padlocked up at 4:30 no one was there... Do the couriers even work or do they pawn all their workload off to the depot the next town over... Absolutely useless what was auspost thinking buying out this terrible courier company.

  useless service i keep asking business's I buy from not to deal with Star Track or I won't buy their product, Toll are the same they blame the drivers but the whole business is a joke. I wouldn't have given one star but wouldn't let me post if I didn't

  2nd time caught out lazy drivers who can't be bothered driving 8 minutes out of town. Status says attempted delivery and now it's been left at a non existent post office for collection in McMahon st traralgon. For one I was home all day and in my front garden washing car and gardening. NO ONE DELIVERED ANYTHING TO MY HOUSE SO YOU STUFFED UP THERE! same thing happened last time. Now where is this suposive post office in MacMahon street? And if they really did try to deliver it then they would have left it at my local post office about 8 doors down from my house!!! What a joke! Just bloody pathetic service. Especially when I was ment to receive it today. And then to lie about trying to deliver it to my house

  Urgent delivery for Drouin. Article arrive in Warragul and was then sent to Morwell where it has been sitting for 2 days. Cannot reach this company by phone. Extremely poor
