  Love this store. The staff are great and always able to assist when we have been in. We buy snake food, fish food, dog and rabbit food here. My son also loves the baby Rabbit he got from this store for his birthday shes healthy, tame and growing very well. Thanks

  If this store doesn't have it then it's not a necessity when it comes to all pets needs!! I was awestruck by the size & range of products for all our creatures... I considered their prices competitive & staff came across as knowledgeable... would recommend without hesitation.. .

  Been here a few times to buy a rabbit and birds. Staff said the rabbit wouldn’t grow much larger than it was when we got it (a baby.) Wrong. It grew much larger, pretty sure wasn’t even the same breed the shop told us.

  Also, a note on the birds here, they are not fed correctly, and have no entertainment. All they’re fed is seed. They have destroyed the walls out of boredom. Why would you put bird toys in the cages you’re trying to sell with NO BIRDS, and not put even one toy in the cages with a lot of parrots and smaller birds! Animals are treated poorly.

  Went in just the other day to look for a bird cage. Asked a staff member for measurements of one of the cages, and after telling her what kind of bird we’re getting (from a breeder this time,) she tried to convince us out of getting it! She was very negative and rude, and treated us like we were unintelligent and stupid. Never had good experiences with the staff here.

  Bought 3 cockatiels here at different times, first was around 5 years ago. Had no problems with him. Second one was in a small cage by herself at the end of the bird room. We were told she was being attacked by the other birds and had to be separated. She was cruel and wouldn’t let anyone near her. Her and the male would never breed in the few years we had her. Got a third, another female, more recently. She was missing the feathers on top of her head (the mohawk,) and we were told they would grow back, as other birds had ripped them out. It’s been well over a year, possibly two, and she’s still bald. Isn’t friendly. Has bred with the male cockatiel though.

  Bought 2 male mice here 2 months ago. Were told by staff males are less smelly than females. WRONG. Everything I researched said the opposite. Male mice pee everywhere. Swapped for 2 females. They let me after i complained and they said we wont swap again. Well.. looked in the mouse cage yesterday and there are 8 baby mice. So they sold us a male saying it was a female. Very uneducated and very knowledgeable. Not happy. My asd 5yr old doesnt understand why we have to seperate his 2 favourite little friends now :( Will NOT be returning to this store.
