  Better options out there for coffee are Muffin Break in Stockland, or Traralgon East McDonald's. And much better service too!

  After travelling for 4 months through Australia, McDonalds Traralgon was the first cafe to send us to our car to collect 2 seniors cards for eligibility for free coffees with a purchase. The manager/barista might practice smiling as he authoritively demands seniors produce their proof, rather than loudly demanding in a sergeant major tone. A pleasant friendly request befitting acceptable customer service rather than an officious demand might have earned the charmless fellow a good review. The restaurant customers could have done without his fascesious and loud "have a nice day" in a sing song voice as I left without making a purchase. He needs training lest he bring the restaurant into disrepute.

  Bald, headed staff member at the cafeteria section this morning was very rude and obnoxious. Poor customer service and his performance should be reviewed by the manager.

  Terrible customer service, very rude and unhelpful. Insisted that the eftpos was not working, took as much cash as we had, let us try the eftpos for the last $1, and then when it went through they would not return our cash or let us put the whole order through eftpos.

  Goes above and beyond the regular incompetence of your average McDonalds.

  Refused to serve specific additions, like coffee drizzle, despite being an actual menu option. Then they got the order completely wrong anyway, both on the receipt and in the bag.
