    I buy a family feast meal and get one yes one piece of breast chicken$ 41.50 spend. I previously I have gone into churchill branch and requested a piece of breast chicken and chips only to be told ,im sorry we dont have any breast chicken atm ,twice this has happened ,I have not returned since if it is kfc policy to say no to breast chicken when requested within reason. Then I will make it my policy to say no to kfc,surely if I buy a family feast it should contain equal amounts of pieces

    Won't even provide complimentary water with meal as do other fast food restaurants. They cited that it's a 'health and safety issue' - what a joke. When actually they have a huge drink stall right in front to encourage you to buy a sugar and calorie rich soft drink (see photo's). This just in case the fatty fast food they sell doesn't do it's job.

    Not good , got the wrong food and then I was accused of looking for a free meal when I returned it.

    I have been through the drive through many times and the wait might be minimal but the food is always fresh and hot.

    Dirty place to be, left waiting way to long in the drive through and in store, foods average customer service is about as good as nothing.
