  I brought to the management's attention a concern that I had with the cleanliness of the bed linen and they handled it really well. They took my feedback on board and then mentioned that they had recently been having some issues with a local laundry service but could promise that the linen was in fact clean. Because of the way that they handled the feedback, I was then even more impressed with them than if everything had been OK.

  The management here are incredible. Both clearly take their roles very seriously and do as much as they can to make their guests feel comfortable and at home.

  The linen could use with an upgrade (eg. Towels are starting to get a bit thin) but for a night, the room was more than adequate.

  Staying here for only a night for work, I could understand if I was just checked in and then checked out, however the managers both made me feel that I was at home here.

  Facilities okay but not the greatest. Near the road so it was loud trying to sleep. Not bad for an overnight but there are better in the area.

  The best motel in Traralgon, the rooms are very clean and the management make you feel really welcome
