  Clean and tidy room. A couple of maintenance issues that were reported to the front desk upon departure. Perfect location for what we were after. Restaurant is closed, but breakfast was served here. Could do with a tidy up. Boxed cereals and toast, tea and coffee. Had to go in behind the bar for milk and juice. Okay, but has potential

  The rooms were clean and well laid out and the owner/operator was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the lack of bowls and the late start in the morning, so early check outs are harder. Overall really good though.

  The staff were friendly, great service. Room was old but clean and warm. Bed was a bit rickety and the windows let all of the sound from the highway in. Quite a loud room to try to sleep in.

  Comfortable quiet well located peaceful. Some rooms with spa's, comfortable bed , shade curtains, adequate heating/cooling, restaurant on site, off street parking, access to pool and outdoor spa, and absolutely immaculate house keeping!!

  Absolutely one of the best experiences, staffs and owner are extremely friendly and helped out whenever we can, personally it is definitely up to if not exceeding any concierge's quality at top hotels. It is Christmas time when we stayed, rooms are decent and clean, mini bar has plenty items at very reasonable costs. Check-in and check-out procedures are simple, pool is clean and everyone enjoyed it as well as the BBQ facility. Simply awesome, highly recommended for anyone visiting gippsland area.
