My mum is often in and out of this hospital and the nurses and doctors are so kind and patience with my mum's needs. Thank you for the brilliant work you guys do

We attended recently with our daughter who had an acute abdomen- triaged efficiently, seen promptly and operated on expertly. All staff were superb. Can't help thinking that people who complain probably weren't sick enough to be in ED in the first place.

Nurses where all very nice. And the doctor's where great too. I can't help but think some of the people complaining about the wait times. are the ones that didn't even need to be in Emergency. If your not in a really bad way. Wait to see a G.P.

But every single person in the waiting room looked very comfortable. I was seen within a few minutes. The triage nurse was great he got my vomiting as under control as he could.

Wait time could kill people in the ER, there are many gruff/ rude that straight up need a attitude adjustment, i understand helping people cant be a very hard job but compaction for your job and the people your there to help should first and for most, at the same time there obviously is not enough doctors/staff/nurses to respectfully, efficiently and by the policys and procedures that keep a hospital/ALL staff held accountable for all there mistakes and demeanor toward anyone that walk through there doors you should want to be there to do your job to the BEST OF YOUR ABILITY regardless pay rate, hours etc, if this was a movie hospitals are places you die, have no control, get lied to, wrong diagnoses a oh wait thats already a tv show 'scrubs' you know they ain't actual doctors/nurses and its not a requirement to imatate 'scrubs' too be a nurse or docter is it because if it is your nailing it. 1 star,0 points, straighten up treat it as if you lifes on the line after all it could be!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....

Terrible and negligent hospital. I have had to take my 12 yo daughter 5 times in the last 6 weeks due to severe abdo pain.

Took my 12yo to lrh and after 7 hours in emergency they discharged her even though she was in severe pain and had just had her appendix out 3 weeks ago. I asked drs to do some bloods or ultrasound and they refused. They sent her home even though i stated she wasnt well enough and her pain was a 7 out of 10. We went home and 2 hours later we were back and within 1 hour of being back she was admitted and spent 4 days on a ward. On the day of discharge i was told by the dr i could take her home and if we would like to wait for the dietician to come we could but the dr couldn't guarantee how long it would take. After waiting several hours with no sleep we decided to head home. I was told i just needed to sign a discharge form. 3 days later i find out the hospital reported me to child protection for taking my child home against medical advice. Even though the dr told me it was fine.. funny how the hospital didnt mention to dhhs they discharged her 4 days earlier despite MY wishes and just 2 hours later we were back and she was admitted. This hospital lies the nurses are so rude and i will never go back again. Dont bother people take your sick family members to warragul as apparently they are much better and actually treat patients with dignity and respect. Worst experience ever and I will be making a formal complaint!

Pain was still really bad but I went straight through to a bed to see a doctor. Dr took awhile but it was very busy. And understaffed.
