  I don't normally write reviews but this place is worth mentioning. I travel from Orbost just to experience this tool heaven. The staff always look after me and give me A grade service every time I walk through the doors. My line of work can often be complicated but the guys are very knowledgable about their tools. Keep up the great work fellas.

  Traralgon store is acceptionable great customer service top knowledge of the products that i wanted extremely helpful with products that they didn't have in stock. I highly recommend these guys.

  Zero customer service and very little knowledge of the tools they sell. I don't expect them to know everything about all the tools they stock, but it's as if they don't even try, and for a tradesman that wants to buy and upgrade high end tools eg. Mitre saws, laser levels, table saws, combo kits etc, it's very frustrating, why would I hand over thousands of dollars when the staff don't make any effort. The only reason people buy in store is for the customer service. Very disappointing.

  Total Tools Traralgon.. What an amazing shopping experience! Very knowledgeable staff. My husband and I will not buy tools anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys!

  This place has the right name and mostly because it best describes the people working there. Customer service is non-existent. They don't call you back when they say they will. Constant out of stocks, especially catalogue items but of course they have the higher priced tool that does the same job. I also bought a sidchrome tool set there recently, upon getting home found there were actually tools missing, took it straight back but would they replace them? No. The last time I set foot in their store. Go anywhere else you will get better service.
