  Terrible customer service, I was a first time customer who ordered my flower a month ago, paid for it 2 days before pick up date to be told on the day they assumed I no longer wanted the flower I had ordered & paid for. I left devastated with no option of finding another florist open at 4pm on a Saturday. The staff working were not apologetic for their mistake & were hesitant to give me a refund because within the 2 days between payment & pickup my order form had 'disappeared', despite the fact I had a receipt. Terrible experience & I will never go back

  Hailey and the team at Valentina are always incredibly helpful and create the most beautiful arrangements. We have used them for our wedding, our business and every time we have a reason for flowers (or even no reason :) If you're wanting something unique and long lasting, it's worth the trip to the bottom of the escalator!
