  I was sold a previously used Samsung tablet for full price. The seal on the box had been broken and I asked the girl at the checkout if the male salesperson had done this to check that the item was intact. She looked at me blankly and processed my payment. I should have pressed on with the query, but didn't as there was a queue and we had difficulty getting served in the first place. (He left me standing at the display area after mumbling that there were "five in stock" and walking off without asking me to go with him to the register area. I watched him for several minutes as he looked through a cupboard area behind the registers, then stood there without communicating with me. I assumed that I was to go to the register, so went there, only to have him walk off and leave me with the register operator). We cannot "access" the device as it keeps asking for the "previously synced" account details. I have called and been informed it should have been sold for a lower price because it isn't brand new. Because I don't want a used item, I have been advised to attend the store and obtain a refund or wait for two days for another device to be made available. I am disappointed that the salesman has passed off a used item as new and showed little interest in providing decent service.

  Amazed at the great service, greetings and attitude from the staff. Nice clean store with plenty of stock. The best thing was the service! Can't get over how friendly the staff were.

  This store was neatly laid out and organised. A great range of stationary. I was looking for kids safety scissors. There were staff readily available to help point me in the right direction. There is a good range of children's puzzles and educational activities however I thought they were slightly experience compared to other retail stores. Coloured pens, pencils, crayon, marker range etc is excellent. The public toilets were clean and easily accessible.

  Helpful and nice staff clean facilities. Good range of stock
