  Poor quality workmanship and lousy customer service. The Rhino Bars were ordered on the back of a written supply and fit quote. Days after the predicted date of bars arrival I contacted them only to find that they had not ordered the bars, which they then did. When they finally arrived I made arrangements and then dropped the vehicle off for fitting the bars. An hour later they told me that they would not be able to do it that day as it would take a whole day and they hadn't realised that at first. Then when I did finally get the bars fitted they were different to the model of bars I had ordered. Worse still the quoted price jumped up because they argued the bars took a lot longer to fit.

  When I got home with the car I discovered that they had had to remove the cars roof lining to fit the bars and there was now dirty marks, damage lining and the plastic pillar covers were not fitting properly leaving ugly gaps. I also found a number of those plastic lining retaining clips on the floor of the car. I couldn't contact the business as they were closed and I was heading off on a holiday. The first corrugated road I travelled saw the bar mounting screws on one side of the car come loose - this will be a big job to get tightened - perhaps remove the roof lining again. I'm not happy, at all.

  Got dicky seats installed paid over $2400 not put in properly in the first place. Went back with it been loose got told they were fine, took back once one side of seat had come off no mention on having to pay. Go back to find we had to pay to get holes redrilled and bolted again Shouldn't this have been done in the first place properly?? Better still shouldn't it be covered by warranty??Having to pay for your stuff up is wrong. You are suppose to be a rwc yet you don't fit things right which could have ended badly if an accident had taken place PLEASE ppl be warned go elsewhere safety is not important at this place
