    Just had my Camry serviced and have to say that I am very impressed. Making the booking was made very easy by Erin, and the SMS reminder was handy. The service adviser, Stuart, was friendly, helpful and explained everything very clearly. Nothing was too much trouble. The service itself was spot on and took exactly the amount of time I was told it would. The wash and vacuum was great too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

    Not happy we had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a one hour service. We have been getting our car serviced here for four years during which time we were looked after. It has now become very impersonal and we feel that it had become more about the business than the customer. Goodbye Traralgon Toyota.
