  I recently purchased a car from here. 2013 model Ford with 55,000 kms. Came with a warranty after a week I noticed a knocking in the rear, rang up the dealership they loaned me a car to have it looked at. Returned the car after having 2 mechanics look at it and said they couldn't find an issue, a few days went by same noise called back up they told me the car wasn't under warranty after a long discussion I took it to Ford to have the issue diagnosed they found that it needed a new diff by luck I took it to wignal Ford where the car was originally purchased and was still under new car warranty so they are fixing my car for free. I have taken a few days off work to get this mess sorted out, Greg a worker from the dealership said that he would compensate me for all of this since speaking with him I have not received as little as a phone call or a sorry...... Crooks

  I would have to say that the service we received from the team at Traralgon automotive group this week ( 17th of July 2017) was second to none and we're delighted with the service, attention to detail and friendly staff! A huge thank you to the service manager Michael and his team who went over and above to offer us exceptional service! Highly recommend Traralgon automotive group. We will definitely be using them for all future services if this is the kind of service that is offered :) once again a big thank you to Michael and his team.

  I made an enquiry with Ryan on a used Prado I wished to purchased, I had a trade in, details emailed to him as distance was an issue for me. It took Ryan 4 days to come back to me with a trade in figure,( I did the chasing) the excuse was "I thought the figure was to low and you would not go ahead so I didn't call you," What, talk about pre judging a customer. I bought a Prado anyway from another dealer that treated me like a valued customer, I kept my trade in.
