  very disappointed, i took my car there once for repair no problems, then i rebooked it for service that was also good ,at the time i asked someone to call me back for a trade in enquiry no one ever called back!

  I had a Kangoo and they were able to help me with a breakdown I had sometime ago, although they can't put a computer on the engine computer they were able to fix the drive belt and get me back on the road. While i was waiting for my car they drove me in a new Merc to my home while I waited, very nice service, professional.

  now it`s all bad service, rang up over a week ago left a couple of messages no one called back, then rang again and spoke to Andrew service manager! he was suppose to call me back for a quote no call back! rang again spoke to a lady and complained about not hearing back from Andrew she said she`ll pass it on and make sure to get a call back! a few days gone and still no one called!
