  I used a voucher while purchasing a cake and the girl at the counter forgot to put the discount through while charging me. She refused to reimburse the extra amount I paid and instead called the baker to speak to me. The baker then accused me of not handing the voucher over before the transaction was put through. I told him to check the cameras. Finally after that I was reimbursed. Unbelievably terrible service and refusing to own up to mistake was just pathetic. Will not return.

  Twice I have ordered a cake with an image printed out to be placed on top and twice I have gone in to pick up my cake I had ordered well in advanced and they tell me the printer wasn't working and they could not make the cake!

  I don't know where to start,we ordered a fruit flange and recieved nothing like it,the cake we did get was nothing short of repulsive,you would have got a better cake found on the side of the road,all skin left on the fruit, stale cream cutstard was dryer than a dusty frogs tounge,and when I called to complain I was spoken over the top of,the manager was of Indian decent and I could not understand a word he said,as he was abusive and loud,I could go on and on so what I'm saying is avoid this store and his stale cakes at all cost!!! Buyer beware......

  You know the rainbow sponge cake they have, this was my wedding cake! Great store, delicious cheese cakes/sponges and seems to be a regular stop for me. Sometimes the staff seem to "turn over" quicker than the cakes but hey the standard is high, clean, helpful what more could you want. If you want any unwanted cheesecake collected or lemon meringue pie just give me a shout.

  Just love cheese cake, But no one in our home liked the american cheese cake I brought from the Taralgon store today. Not impressed.
