    Michelle from Snooze Traralgon stuck with me for almost 3 hours trying to find what bed was best for me as I have bad hips and shoulders. She was very genuine, kind and helpful. Definitely some of the best customer service I've ever received, she made everything a lot easier with my understanding of interest free payments and the way each bed works to suit different bodies. Very pleased :)

    Ill tell you what when I entered this store the staff members all grabbed onto my legs like koalas It was gross never going back again (unless they add a no shoes policy)

    Went only to have a look but the service is fantastic and the lady i spoke to knew a lot about the products and catered to my requirements. Definitely go here if you need a new mattress
