    What was frustrating was the guy in front of me being served could see I had a simple sale. Knew his sale was going to takes ages - all of that paperwork to buy the rip off extended care plan - so he asked the girl to serve me first.

    Bought an iPad. Upselling is now a new trick. Got talked into a new iPhone X on a you beaut deal as well. I was told the phone was included but...... apparently not for me. I’m expected to pay extra. Four weeks down the track, I’m still waiting for Tristan to call back. I have difficulty walking so hoping someone in that shop gives a damn.
